Rodolfo Soto, Mortgage Banker NMLS#1721163 Rodolfo Soto was the mortgage banker that was assigned to me, at first he seemed very knowledgeable and competent. Upon starting the application we received an appraisal that came in around $100,000 less than the value of the home. When trying to dispute this, Rodolfo, as well as the rest of his team would not return phone calls nor emails. I decided to eat the $500 that they had taken for the appraisal and go with another company after numerous attempts at contacting Rodolfo and his team. The second company was able to close the loan in under a month. The house appraised for $130,000 more than the previous appraisal. Rodolfo and his team are incompetent and unprofessional in their communications.
