The authorization process is longer than expected. Got same answer 3 different times.
Finally delivered. The equipment left a lot to be desired. It's tipped over twice. Being a bilateral amputee that's not a good thing. Totally useless if I use my prosthetics, they hang off the end. I called looking for help. Was told, you should have gotten a wheelchair.
Way to motivate! Tell patients to take a step back in their progress.

I have an older Pride Jazzy scooter that I needed some advice and recommendations to make it more secure and safer for my husband. Not only did they recommend things that could be done they took the time to make sure that I had everything that I needed to implement the suggestions. I highly recommend this business. Helpful, kind and willing to go above and beyond expectations.

I have used DME Scooters and More for my parents needs about 2 years now. The people at the store are incredibly helpful and always take the time to educate you and answer all of your questions. I took a walker that was damaged to them and the two gentlemen took time out of their busy schedules to fix it right away. I wouldn't go anywhere else for your durable medical equipment but these people. I highly recommend them to everyone!

BUYER BEWARE! Don't use this place!!! I've been trying to get a wheelchair since the week before Christmas 2018 and now it's July 1, 2019! When I purchased my first chair from DME, I had no problems whatsoever. Everything was handled professionally, therefore that is why I went back to DME again, expecting the same type of service. However, this time it has been extremely stressful due to the lack of communication. I've been trying to get a wheelchair similar to the one I purchased before and have done everything that my ins. told me to do in order to get it approved. DME tells me one minute that they submitted the info but then my ins. says that they never received anything. Each time that I have called to see what is going on, they either don't call you back or they always have an excuse. This is NOT how you treat a customer, let alone a previous customer, so don't waste your time with this place.
