Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical company. They lied about what insurance would cover and stick you with a monthly bill out of no where. Then they will randomly charge you 6 months later for no reason once you’ve fulfilled whatever BS costs they have come up with. Never deal with this company.

Horrible experience!!! They forgot to give me extra pieces. I got my machine on the 28th of Dec. when I was fully covered. But they didn’t bill until later and I had to pay more. Then I had to pay AGAIN for pieces that weren’t given to me!!! When trying to order supplies I have called 6 times over 2 months and have left messages, at the store and the main online. I received one call back, the rep said she would contact Jacob who gave me my machine. I have also left him multiple voice mails, I have not heard back from her or him. I finally got a hold of another rep. And ordered supplies in MARCH! Yes I got the machine in December. Then I Recieved an email that my order was delayed. I called this morning at 9 am. Talked to one rep, was transferred, waited 10 mins then hung up on after asking a question. Called again. On hold for 6 mins then asked to leave a number to be called back. I was finally called back, the rep couldn’t find my order, had no idea, tried to transfer me, put me on hold again. It is now 10am. I was just hung up on again!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience from begin to end. Cancelled appointment mins before the scheduled time. Wrong equipment received. After 3 weeks of trying to get my machine I don't have what I need to make it work.

Told me my equipment was covered by insurance but they didn’t process until the next calendar year so they ended up charging me and sending me to collections.
