Place is no longer in business, i attempted to find them to take my damaged bag in but the location was occupied by another business. I call the # listed and all i get is a no longer in service message.

I marked my review very good because I can not fairly say excellent. It is because I have been to this location once for service. In my visit, I met the owner who took my issues with care. He asked questions and informed me of the issue of my luggage and kept me informed about the status. He was friendly and patient with me. He was professional and did an excellent job on my luggage. I trust to go to this business for future luggage problems.
