        Customer service was way below par. Took a Tag Heuer watch in mint condition worth over $1200 retail, was offered $200. Will not take another item there ever again.

        Came to Dallas Gold and Silver on Preston rd this morning and greeted by Hunter the appraiser was courtesy and fair . Always bring your gold and silver for a fair price.

        I have done business with this location multiple times over the past 7-8 years and I have yet to have a bad experience. That being said - my experience today was the best yet. Sherry was so kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and she made it such a fantastic trip in. I will not be going anywhere else in the future & I am so grateful for the wonderful service and fair practices of this establishment! Thank you so much, Sherry, theyre lucky to have you!
