I have only ever shopped with Castle Gap online, as I live in an eastern state, but I cannot say enough good things about my experiences shopping here. They are so very helpful, lovely to work with, great communication and jewelry is exceptional. I required some help for a custom order, and their staff went above in beyond providing information and help with my order. I received more quickly than expected, and they kindly called and let me know when it was on its way. Exceptional customer relations! Someday, I hope to visit the shop in person, as I have appreciated my experience with them in every way. Thank you, ladies - you are the best!
