BE VEDY CAREFUL! This company is a FRAUD. Be very careful with this company. They have no way of contacting them, sites go down regularly, phone numbers are disconnected, and generally a fraud. After paying for their services for months I made my first claim, once done they stopped responding to all forms of communication. They owe me over $7,500 in rental protection. They even continue to send me invoices. I’ve sent emails to all addresses on file and even USPS to one address on file. Many of these inquiries were returned. Even their address to the legal Dept at 1212 S Flower St Los Angeles, CA 90015 was returned to sender. SKETCHY. I even responded directly to an email I received from an employee of the company. It has now been about 9 months and not even 1 response to any communication since my only claim was made. It says something about a company when many of the web address links, phone numbers, and physical address are not correct.

If I could give this company a zero rating I would. Got this policy in Feb. 2019. July 4, 2019 my husbands phone quit working. We contacted them and got instructions on filing a claim. Filled out all required information and sent it in electronically. Over a week went by and did not hear anything. Contacted RMG and was told that the claim was approved and that I should be getting an email. Waited another week and still nothing. Contacted them again and was told that it got lost in their system. Again I was told that I would get an email. Never got it. I have called and chatted on their website numerous times and asked about my claim and they always had an excuse as to why I was still waiting. Fast forward to August 8th I finally got an email stating the claim had been approved and they would be charging my account a $200 deposit and the new phone was being sent out overnight and to be on the lookout for a shipping confirmation. On August 9th they charged me the $200 deposit. On August 14th I still had not heard from RMG, so once again I contacted them. Was told that I needed to agree to the terms and conditions before it would be processed. I replied telling them that I did not receive anything stating that I was supposed to agree to anything. He informed me that he would resend the email. I received an email but all the links in it just took me back to the company website. I then replied to the email asking where I was supposed to get the agreement to agree to it and never received any reply. August 17th we still had not heard from them so my husband opened a ticket on their website letting them know that we are now 6 weeks into this claim and still nothing. He gave them until August 20th to make this right or we would be filing reports with the proper authorities. The same day I got an email stating that the ticket had been closed with no reply. Then I got a text message on my phone stating that my account had been cancelled. I tried to reply to the text but it did not go through. I did go in and reply to the email letting them know that this was unacceptable and that I wanted my money back or the phone replaced. I never got any reply to that but they did put the $200 back into my bank account on August 20th. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for this company is nothing but a rip off.

Been very disappointed with your communication on my recent claim for cell phone. I spoke to someone there day before yesterday after I paid the deposit, which we have not had to do before. I was told the claims person was out to lunch and would contact me when they returned- nothing!!!! I sent a copy of what he said he thought I would need to email in to Claims, and got no response. Your website is false in stating "Most claims are resolved within fiver hours!" Unfortunately this is my third time to have to file a claim, every time have taken 5-7 days. That is quite a long time when your phone is not usable. Really wish you would perform the way you advertise. Update 09/09/19 they sent me to a local repair place for cracked screen with a day and time. The place does not work with RMG and even said they do not have the screen in stock. Come on folks, just do what I and others pay you to do, fix or replace our equipment we paid you to cover!!!!!!!!!!!

You get what you pay for. Cheap price means cheap service. Price is great but if you ever have a claim you can not contact anyone and they will not contact you. Their customer service and claims both leave you on hold for 15 minutes and then it defaults you to leave a voice mail. Over 40 calls later and multiple voicemails over the last few days and no one will answer or return a call. Buyer beware. It's cheap for a reason.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! I had insurance on my daughters cell phone through them, and when I tried to cancel the account via email, they told me I had to call to cancel. I called several times on different days only to be left on hold for 15 min each time and then pushed to voicemail. I then sent a certified letter to them which they ignored and withdrew the monthly pymt for this month out of my account anyways. So, today I sent them another email asking why and telling them not to withdrawal money from my account again, and 2 hrs later I got a phone call from my credit union that they attempted to take $1,000 from my account. When that didnt go through, they attempted $500, and when that didnt work, they did $100 and got it. I now have to dispute through the credit union and wait to be refunded. 😡 If u are ever looking for cell phone insurance, beware of this company!!!!!
