Ron has gone above and beyond to help me as I had procrastinated and needed several things done at once. Never once did I have to lift a finger or did he make me feel like a burden. Amazing customer service. Thanks again.

I have had the pleasure of working with Ron and his team for a few years. We have a college plan, renters insurance and four cars insured with them. Anytime we have needed any help at all, they have only been a phone call away. My 78 year old mother called the office to ask who she should call to have come out and help her with a flat tire. Ron skipped his lunch that day and went directly to her and changed her tire. He is very dedicated to his clients and that's exactly what we were looking for when we found his office. Thank you so much for everything!!!

I've had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with this agency on a few different occasions. All of which I've been severely displeased by both Ron and his staff's attitude as well as their services. If you have your insurance through this Agency you're in luck because that means you have State Farm, and State Farm is wonderful and has outstanding policies. But if you ever plan to use your insurance or update anything on your accounts I'd suggest using any other agency in the area. Because the second you have to call his office you're in for a run-around in its purest form. Just to leave you with an example I decided to purchase a new car last month and got an Insurance quote from State Farm prior to pulling the trigger on my new Auto. When I called Ron's office after I had actually purchased the car to enact my policy, to my surprise the quote was much higher than initially disclosed. When I asked why I couldn't get the original price I was quoted Ron stated "I'm not saying you're a liar but the quote is not in the system, so this will be your new price." This of course upset me and caused me to cancel the policy all together. The next day I called State Farm's main TX office (Outstanding customer service and personnel at the main office) within 5 minutes of being connected to their salesperson he had found the original, LOWER quote and had it active on my account. With the representatives scratching their head as to why Ron acted the way he did. Needless to say I will be moving my business to another local agency at the first of next week, and strongly recommend steering clear of this agency for all insurance purposes.

I do recommend this agency the agent and his staff are knowledgeable and they really care about you and are really helpful
