        This is the worst insurance experience ever...Thought I was going to get a better deal but they were only giving me a lesser value policy.. Although the agent was very nice she didnt know the processes and gave me false information... The manager Jacob was horrible instead of apologizing for the clear inconvenience of taking my money and not setting a clear expectation of my refund he made excuses for his agent and then hung up on me... Dont use this company they are horrible I should have read the reviews first.....
