This is a great title company! As a Realtor, i have worked with many title companies in the past, and this one is top notch. They have recently revamped all their systems to make sure all communication is handled as it should be, and to be sure all transactions run smoothly and efficiently!

Brittney and the closing team are very helpful! They answered all of my questions and got our clients through a very complicated closing. I would highly recommend Onward Title!

Zach Sams with Onward Title is extremely professional and super responsive to our questions. The deal got delayed for various different reasons, but Zach was able to work it out for us in a quick turn around, which otherwise would have taken few more days. We would definitely recommend this company just for the people working here like Zach. Thanks Sir !

This Tittle company is horrible Despite multiple requests for HUD papers they did not send me HUD information until an hr before closing HUD numbers were wrong needed correction because they were over charging me thousands of dollars Notary public did not showed up in time.They never finished the closing in time yesterday and did not request for release of funds until this am. They still failed to wire the proceeds Now blaming weather for all the delays I still dont know when they will able to wire the proceeds?
