Everyone was extremely cordial and polite.Paula Harrington went above and beyond helping me with my insurance dilemmas, my cobra insurance was about to expire and I needed advise and she made calls to myformer employers HR dept to assist me with my same plan continuation until I switch to new plan..none of this was in her scope but she made phone calls and emails to make sure I'm covered by my original carrier since my deductible has been met. Without her help I would have had no clue where to start nor would I have known I could stay on my original plan for extended months...I called other brokers in the area and they were not helpful at all nor could I go into any of these places and talk face to face with them. I am so fortunate to have found Harrington insurance solutions in Plano Tx.and to be able to meet them in person to assist me with all my questions

She was exactly what the doctor ordered when it came to thoroughly explaining how Medicare works, and covering all the potential mis-steps that can happen to people when making their Medicare choices. Molly helped my father with his Medicare/Medicaid as well as getting insurance for my mother and sister. She cares about her clients and takes her time with you. I really like how she explains what she is doing and she will tell you her suggestions on making a decision on health plans/insurance. I highly recommend anyone to go to her if you need help.
