        Can’t get in touch with my claims agents for nearly a week and when I can he hangs the phone up on me! Lambert Gates is a terrible claims agent if you have him you should ask for a new one

        RUDE Agents & Management... HORRIBLE to DEAL with in filing a Claim! They're happy to take your money for insurance, but not so happy to resolve and pay out claims... dragging them out until they legally expire. AVOID the HASSLE - AVOID this COMPANY! Definitely going to the BAD Place ;( One Star is one too many!
