    I had a concern about my heating during the cold weather. Zach called me promptly and walked me through what I was experiencing and why it was doing it. I appreciated this and gave me options afterwards if I wanted anyone to come check everything out with no pressure added!

    I just paid 89$ for less than 10 minutes and poor costumer service. This morning I replied and cancelled my visit for this afternoon through text message apparently was not received. At around 230 this afternoon I received a call that a technician would be coming in. I am thinking it is the plumber and I asked the lady to confirm my appointment for Friday would be cancelled since I was on a waitlist for today for the plumber to which she replied yes. Now I did not know and I do take fault on not double checking that it was not the plumber but she would have voiced that I didn’t have an appointment with them for Friday and it would have cleared things out. Being that I had the understanding my visit with them was cancelled because I texted the number to cancel earlier today I assumed it was the plumber. So when two technician walked into my home I lead them to the bathroom where the issue is they looked at the bathrooms walked back down stairs to the spots on the wall near the vent, when I asked if they could fix it today they voiced they weren’t plumbers that’s when I said hold up there has been a miscommunication. I called the lady back she apologized and said she would be canceling the ticket to not worry about it. The technicians had already stepped outside mind you they never brought any ladders or equipment in and where in my home max maybe 10 minutes the doorbell camera can confirm. I did not lock the door and went about my business when they both walked back in unannounced and requested a payment when I asked for what they said since they showed up they had to be paid. When I called the lady back up she voiced her technician performed a diagnostic. In less then 10 minutes? Nothing was done and I know what a diagnostic would like being Xtreme Air Services performed one earlier today and it took them over an hour and required them bringing in equipment such as a ladder. So either they don’t know how to perform a proper diagnostic or they are just out for money. Regardless the absolute worst costumer service. Highly recommend Xtreme Air Services their technician even offered to sweep up his mess after performing a diagnostic unlike Aire Texas Residential Service who had no mess to clean up because they did NOT perform a diagnostic and charged anyways. *** Spoke to Chad Faith who clear up miscommunication and will be providing refund ***
