All Needs Covered company is phenomenal. I used them for my post construction cleaning for my office located in Plano, TX. Ron went over details of the work that was to be performed. Remodeling cleaning can be a lot. Ron and his crew came in done exactly what was supposed to be done. I have been into a lot office but I have never seen an office that clean. Ron and All Needs Covered thank you for getting my in tip top shape. I have gotten rave reviews on how clean and sparkling the office looks. I want to thank All Needs Covered for helping me with my moving labor, junk removal, and move out clean at my previous home in Prosper, TX. It would have been a lot for me to do alone. I had cleaners and a moving company to cancel on me one day before. I was a total wreck and didn’t know what to do. I was so grateful to come across All Needs Covered. They listened to everything that was happening to me. The workers loaded the truck fast and professional. Once every thing was loaded the cleaners started cleaning the home. Once we arrived to my new home, the movers started unloading and setting up all my furniture where I wanted them. I want to give a big thank you to All Needs Covered for doing a wonderful job on my home and business. Everything was so professional from the time I called all the down to schedule cleanings. They performed my office cleaning at my new location located in Plano, TX. I have hired cleaning companies in the past but nothing like this. I love the way they came in and performed a walk through with me to reintegrate what was going to be done based on what I requested at booking. I was so impressed! Later they called me letting me know they were wrapping up. They also performed another walk through showing where everything was done. I was impressed again! They came do a deep cleaning of my home two weeks after my office clean. My home is located in Prosper, TX. The very same process was done again. Wow I love how a company listens and pay attention to details. The deep cleaning of my home was amazing! I’m now on a regular schedule with All Needs Covered for my home and office. Thank you all so much for taking care of us. They will be cleaning my Mom’s and three of my friends homes very soon. Thank you guys for all you do. We understand this kind of work can’t be easy. Honestly, I’m a little nervous to write this review based on the aggressive approach they’ve taken in responding to anything but positive reviews, but here we go. First I want to say the cleaning I received was not terrible, however it was not the deep cleaning I had hoped for or paid for. We paid for a window to be cleaned, but we didn’t have the tools for them to reach it, and that’s completely fine, that’s on us (I feel the need to mention this because based on responses I’ve read I assume that would be used against us so I want to get ahead of that). My issue though is everything seemed to be an additional charge and we already paid $400+ and didn’t receive what I thought should be standard in a deep cleaning. For example we have two stair cases and neither one got vacuumed, the cleaning lady said she didn’t feel comfortable vacuuming stairs with my vacuum, but they don’t provide their own vacuum either so if that was even a possibility that my stairs wouldn’t be vacuumed I should have been informed because in my mind that should be part of just a standard cleaning and again, we paid for a deep cleaning. In addition, every person we’ve ever had clean has folded our throw blankets and just neatly stacked my child’s toys (most of which I’d already gotten out of the way), but I was told that’s part of an organizing fee that is $80. I also had to move my ottomen and lift them off the floor otherwise she said she could only vacuum around them, that’s just something I’ve never been told, so that was also pretty surprising for a deep clean. She also told me that normally they would have an additional charge for my shower because she had to scrub it, but she wasn’t going to do that this to me, again though, this was a deep cleaning so I’m just confused on what I actually paid for. So to reiterate, this wasn’t a bad cleaning, but it’s definitely not what I paid for, which is disappointing, we will not be using them again, and if you do chose to use them, I highly suggest you ask about every single thing because it’s likely to be an up charge.
