Rolls by Chubby Cattle

This is no longer Chubby Cattle, even tho they still use Chubby Cattle plates. They no longer have all you can eat for hot pot, only for sushi. All you can eat sushi on the conveyor belt was pretty sparse. $30 for hot pot and sushi during lunch, $33 for dinner. Only 2 selections of soup base, regular and spicy. only 4 options for hot pot meat - beef (brisket), pork, veggie and seafood(assorted). You can't mix and match. You can't select the veggies you want, they just give you a assorted platter even if it's stuff you won't eat. Decent sauce selection. Food was tasty, meat looked fresh and service was polite. We just went expecting one thing and were very confused at what we found.

I am a huge foodie but before i go anywhere i research the facility. Ive seen the negative reviews here and on yelp. It seems there is minor quality control issues off and on as well as much more consistently poor customer service (customer service i would not even pretend to accept to be polite) however this is not why my experience with this location is already negative. If you look through the negative reviews their management team has not even attempted to reach out to these reviewers and ask how they can improve. This shows me that the experience of the customers dont matter. This facility's customer service both in person and online is too disappointing for me to proceed further. Its a shame too. I heard about some a5 wagyu covered in egg i really wanted to explore.
