I have absolutely never been the type of girl to cry after a haircut, but today was my first time getting a haircut in months because I have 4 kids at home 3 of which are babies. I went in to get a cut and color. I wanted something that would make me feel and look good again. I have long hair normally, I asked for a shorter cut but told her I wanted it well past my shoulders so I would still be able to put it up. They gave me an older lady and she began cutting my hair and I quickly realized she was cutting it way too short! At this point I couldn’t say anything it was too late, I just kept telling myself it’ll be ok it’s just hair and it can’t look too bad. I was very wrong….she kept cutting and thinning and before I knew it I looked like a boy! When she was done I got up paid and walked out and cried! I am officially going to be locked up in my house for a while since I can’t even do a ponytail to hide the fact that it looks like shit…. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling

We (my daughter and I) came to this place to get our hair cut. I told the older lady that cut my hair I wanted my daughter's hair a certain length and for layers to be put in...She batched it the first time and when asked to fix she did but with attitude...I refused to ask her to fix a second time. She then did my hair (she was only stylist available), I showed her a picture of what I wanted. Cute bob with LAYERS....She didn't do bob short enough or put layers in...In fact I wouldn't call what she did a BOB at all.....Overall poor experience and I feel like I wasn't heard at all....I still tipped bc that is the type of person I am but I hate my hair and wanted to let the company know they have a person on staff who DOES NOT LISTEN.
