Really happy with my experience here. I had no idea what kind of furniture they sold here, but we needed some for our new home in Plano, so we decided to check it out and I'm very happy I did. Jenny even helped us get the dining set we chose delivered to our house. 10/10!!

Went into the store and looked around for 15-20mins with no one asking me if I needed help. (I was the only one in the store and the 3 ASSOCIATES only looked at me) The moment a hispanic couple walked in, they asked them IMMEDIATELY if they could help them. Insane smh. I was ready to buy a bed I saw online, before I even walked in the store and they messed it up. Ill drive 30 mins away to buy furniture at a different store instead.

Horrible service!!!! I bought a washer and dryer and paid separately for the warranty. It was failing, they took it to be fixed and they returned it worse. They took it back in December and for 2 1/2 months they told me to wait for it to be patient, then they told me that they couldn't repair it that they would give me the credit so I could choose another one, but then they told me that they didn't have washing machines to wait It was patient for a few weeks and so May has arrived and I still have no washing machine and no money or anything to be able to go buy a washing machine. If they don't have the product then I want my money so I can go buy a washing machine that suits me, not the one they want to choose. I think we have to take other legal measures with FAMSA to see if they are going to pay me MY MONEY plus everything I have spent at the Laundry plus my time since they sell guarantees and they don't comply
