I have been renting with this company for over 5 years with no issues or problems. New store manager, Jarmaine is a rude, uneducated child who needs to learn customer service skills. And the District manager, Rudy, is no better, he allows his employees to treat customers like shit and speak to them like they are not what drives his business. Ordered new products and received dirty used, barely working appliances. Then he wanted to cancel my agreement because THEY kept rescheduling my delivery appointments. Corporate offices don't care about the problems either, as I have contacted them several times with issues and received no call backs or return email.

I've been renting to own a living room couch set with recliners! The leather is ripped the stitching is coming apart and this is new set! I've been at my wit's end for them to fix it or replace the damaged one? Each month the manager gives me excuses? Say's he's working on it? Well one more payment and it's paid off! Then if it's not fixed right I'll take them to small claims court get a court order or my money back! Then I'll file a complaint with the BBB and the State Attorney office for consumer protection victims and consumer rights! I'll have the last day legally! In Ohio! Buyer Beware! We have Rights! The company I'm having trouble with is Rent a Center/ RTO?

They literally harass us !! They call every day text us even come to our house for being like 3 days late the store manager even went as far as calling my husbands Sgt and threatened him she would do it again if he didnt answer every phone call I will never rent from them again

Its been 2 month and I refuse to keep paying for broken furniture the corporate office is useless they only contact the stores and nothing is resolved. However Im still waiting on a pick up. Pathetic
