        A good friend recommended Nadine Flooring because of the good experience she had. My experience was the opposite. I am highly dissatisfied with Nadine Flooring-Plano. A design specialist from Nadine (I will not state his name) came out to my home to take measurements for repair/remodeling project. He informed me that he will send a final estimate for repair cost and still after two weeks no estimate. I continue to call the store for an update and everyone I speak to make excuses. I finally spoke with the design guy and he promised he will send estimate the next day. Well he was dishonest......he still hasn’t emailed the estimate. Very poor customer service. I will never consider their service again.
