        They don't deserve even a single star. Horrible way of conducting business. It took them one month 10 days to say our loan will be declined after I lost my earnest money. My friends and family know not to go with Gateway mortgage company for they have seen through the stress we through last one month. We lost out desired house in the process and lost the earnest money. I wouldn't do business with them at all.Calls wont be returned. For every 10 calls to to followup in two days, we get one call back to say file is still in underwriting..at the end of it they comeback and say, well, the buyer didn't provide the necessary documentation. Remember guys Gateway Mortgage..not a right company to hand over our dreams of buying a house. Please do yourself a favor, don't do business with Al young and Michael Cox. save the stress and the home you want to buy.
