The man is dishonest, money hungry that have no consideration for others ,I hired him to file a response for a case in the federal court , he took they money (10k )and did nothing I ended up suing him in small claims court to return the money and filed a grievance with the state bar disciplinary counsel , stay away from this crook

Finding a Attorney is easy but finding a great one is rare. Mr. Barbknecht was responsive to my legal needs and helped me navigate the legal processes quickly and with greater understanding. Best attorney I have ever hired and I have had several. I don't make a move without Joseph. Not sure who these clowns are leaving bad reviews. Perhaps they are looking for someone to tell them what they want to hear, not what they need to know. They seem a bit unhinged to put it mildly. Don't let their reviews give you pause. Joseph is the best of the best.
