Terrible and unprofessional...avoid this place at all costs

Didn't send a W2, but then stated I would have to wait until 2/25 for a reprint or a remail. Most employers have W2 available on a website. Frustrating have to wait almost a month for a w2 I never received.

I was contacted by Natalie Alcantar in regards to a position I applied for, went in for an interview early morning.. Everything seemed to go well as she seemed very positive and was going to set me up for another interview with the actual employer and said she would contact me within a day or two. A weekend later, I hear nothing so I email her myself a positive email explaining how I'm excited to hear back from her and now almost three weeks later, not even a response to that email. It's really unprofessional to set someone up like that. I would appreciate even a rejection email stating that they found someone else fit better for the position.

They can find you work if that’s what you’re only looking for WORK OR A PAYCHECK ( DOESN’T CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL-BEING OR HAPPINESS)I cant say all of them in the building are like that, but the ones I dealt with are very disrespectful. They put me at a place with a high turn over-rate(But when an issue comes up - they act as if they don’t know what the problem is? You see the numbers), that I didn’t have any experience - instead of placing me at a place that I had experience, but I still learned what was needed with the job that I was placed. The problem is that they only want to fill spots. I worked at the place over my 90 day period and not one time did they call me or speak with the supervisors at the locations to see if I was learning the job or come out to the WORK SITE to see if the employee was actually working or making any progress. One of the first temp-services I worked at that didn’t check for feedback and most of the ones that answer the phones are very condescending and disrespectful, but if you give them the same stank a** attitude it’s like the world ended(If you don’t want to be at the place youre working you should leave or take your a** home). I walked out of the place I worked for a REASON, and I know that I busted my A** at the place I was working and I know damn well the person I spoke with couldn’t do it - if they gave her a blue-print or manual on how to do it. I didn’t complain to anybody about the work I was asked to do - I complained about the ISSUES that I had with the people I was working with not the WORK, and maybe could’ve been avoided if some of you know it alls, got off your a**es to see if the person is making any progress or see the person that you employ actually working - instead of dropping off a check! Also I was drug-tested by a lady there when I first applied and she said I fell the test, I knew she was lying because I never did drugs in my life and I told her that also. She still questioned me about the test result? And I gave her the same answer. And minutes later the results magically change, and the people that they were sending to the place I worked were stating that they didn’t even drug test them nor background check, hell they even sent a couple of former inmates through (because they let me know and they were getting high on the job.) - my background is clean and neither am I a druggie. I should’ve stopped dealing with them then. Again if you are looking for just work and a paycheck - this is the place for you. But if you’re looking for a place that will check on your status, progress, or development at the place they send you. That is not the place, neither do they care about your happiness or well-being.

I was referred here by a friend & went in to fill out an application the next day I was scheduled an interview & now I start my new career on Monday. I'm more than satisfied with AMS. Natalie was awesome to work with & I'll be referring people who are looking for employment to this facility.
