        Very unprofessional location the check in clerk seems to always have a attitude. I arrived at 8:30am was told the provider doesn't arrive until 9am and has to be onsite for any injection in case someone has a bad reaction.... My complaint is if the provider is required to be onsite now he needs to be at work at 8:30am as well. The last time I came the provider was not here and all injection and testing was done (3weeks ago) the clerk said this is a new policy my director of operations stated that its always something with this location. Hopefully in the future our employees will be able to go elsewhere....
