The worst experience on my whole life. Went to with only one problem and get out with two teeth pulled out (bridge-hate it) and all my old filling was replace, never had a problem with my filling and now all of them gave me problems, two filling was falling, breaking and when a called them they just told me I have to pay 150.00 dollars because they can only guarantee for 5 years, you kidding me right? I had my old felling for over 15 years and never have any problem at all, we trust them and they did a terrible job, horrible customer service and I am living with this situation now. Not going over there saving money and go to other better place.

I'm not happy with their service, I transferred from another monarch to this one because it was closer to my house. They charged me for the extras again after I asked them to get mine from other doctor(monarch), the manager even told me that I don't have to pay but he didn't tell the Main headquarters ( the headquarters called asking for the late payment I told them that the manager said that I did have to pay it. So I just paid it ),I had a crown that monarch put in August 1, 2014 and it broke in August of 2015 they wanted to charge me for it again. Not happy with this office and will go to another one often the first of the year. Do Not trust was they tell you make sure that you have it in writing everything down.

I went to do my cleaning.... They charge my insurance for the office visit and told me that they need pre-authorization before do cleaning service... When I called my insurance, insurance said, they did not received any pre-authorization report... I don't know whom to believe.... My insurance said If they file the claim, they should do the same procedure to do the pre-authorization... So guys please be careful where you are going....

Private practices are definitely better. Had a DDS that once worked for a dental chain that said that they(chains) charge for excessive exams to get extra money; same as hospitals that focus on bottom line and not care. Came here because of DeltaCare, exact same thing with the exam and having them quote me for preventive measures for periodontal disease happened to me Before I came to them had a private DDS do an exam and extraction of wisdoms and left with the just floss more. Now suddenly the new guys have "caught" gum disease early. My advice just seek a second opinion. All I needed was a regular cleaning and I have not even the slightest sign of periodontal disease but I still need to floss more lol. Sad that the hygienists lose because of shady docs

This place is dirty. They need to clean up and vacuum. The walls are yellow and there are piles of dust in the corners and on their equipment. They re-use sterilization covers on x-ray equipment and chairs. They don't change their gloves. The staff is awkward and clumsy. I felt very uncomfortable. They have very little realization of what they are doing and hurt me several times, just during the mouth x-rays. My mouth was sore and cut in multiple places because the assistance was pushing and pulling the mouth pieces in different directions. After 1.5 HOURS of x-rays and talking, They make you sit and watch a video, as if you're a small child that needs to be entertained/educated while they organize themselves. They refused to even complete my cleaning because they claimed I needed an alternate treatment that was going to cost over $400 OUT OF POCKET (on top of $2,000 from my insurance) and include multiple visits and MEDICATION. All of this was under the guise of periodontal disease that they claim they 'caught early'. They were trying to bully me into agreeing to the treatment and said they wouldn't even do a basic cleaning because this extra treatment was REQUIRED or they might get sued. Don't waive a fictitious legal battle in my face, you jerk. What a mess! I'll never go back to Monarch dental again - no wonder they have to advertise so much on TV. They never get repeat business and don't build a trust with their clients! Big time scammers - Big time LIARS - Big time A-holes!
