I paid them lots of money and they claimed 2 negatives was removed from my credit that did nothing to my score. I was with them for 5 months just making payments. I was working in Raquel Gaddis- nice man but he wouldn't acknowledge my messages nor call me back when I tried to leave them. I had to call the office and cancel my bank card to opt out. Worse company and worse customer service ever.

I have been at the lowest of the low when it came to my credit score. I just wanted to see if there was a miracle out there that could dig me out of the hole that I got tired of seeing year by year. I know granted that I did not make proper adult decisions to prevent this from occurring but I was determined to make a change. I saw Derek's post on Facebook about credit repair and I was always anxious in the past on signing up with just any company but since Derek and I went to school back then, I knew what a kind, loyal heart he had for helping others. I was relieved to know that I would be absolutely taken care of from beginning to end. Derek was the miracle I was looking for. When I saw my score increase, my report was looking way lighter than where it was and I was getting approved finally for credit cards and loans. Nathan Biller delivered everything he promised and more. He was easy to talk to and let me know what to expect at each step during the process. The costs were relatively minor compared to the money saved by not having to pay negative accounts. He helped me get approved for lines of credit and answered my calls at all hours of the day. Credit repair companies have always burned me before but this is way more than credit repair.
