No negative star rating??? Come on google, you can do better than that. AT&T has stolen over $2000 dollars from me and the black hole of customer service, if you can call it service, after 6 months of phone calls, store visits where no one knows who to call for help, we were basically told to go pound sand.

NOTHING WORKS .. EVERYTHING IS OFF LINE FOR MORE THAN TWO WEEKS.. WI FI ETC NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO FIX IT

i can not give a rating they dont have negative stars. i have been on
the phone with this company for hours plus and have gotten absolutely nowhere. one agent tells you one thing and another another. i cannot believe all the lies they tell. this is a company that
i will never do busines with after 30 years. i had to get a new phone and returned it in the box they gave me and they say they did not get the phone back., i looked up the tracking number and the last post was fedex received it but they still will not credit my account . each agent added another layer to the problem none of which were resolved. i had too give one star to post take it off
