Please educate your employees on mobile order. Been only to few of your locations in Allen and Plano but the employees at 2205 McDermott Rd, Plano are totally clueless and had problems multiple times there with mobile orders

The service was wonderful but I got a quarter pounder with double meat and the meat patties taste it like soy bean patties I'm from center Texas I'm surprised the O'Reilly group is a 3 I should do better I'm a retired vendor they should be a five the only way you have people doing better is have them walk in and check on the store I do not know if y'all do that or not a few bad apples can ruin a company

I went through the drive thru at McDonald's located at 104 Central Expressway in Allen, Tx and was instructed that I would need to come inside to purchase the gift card. No biggie. I asked the cashier if I could pull up and park in the part of the drive thru that is used for waiting for drive thru food and he said sure. I pulled forward and parked my car. On my way in I hit a black, slimey, greasy spot that caused my left foot to come out from under me and I fell to the ground. A customer in the drive thru line saw me but did nothing. Once I stood up they drove away. I walked inside to get my gift card but before I did I proceeded to tell the lady behind the counter that I slipped and fell pretty hard outside and her reply was, "oops!". I was a little flabbergasted and even mentioned that was not the reaction I expected. When I told her I needed a gift card she went to look for someone to help her. When someone did help her I told them that I told the original lady that I was dealing with that I slipped and fell pretty hard outside and that her reply was "oops!". The second lady's reply wasn't any better because she laughed. I proceeded to tell both ladies how inappropriate their responses to a customer were. It wasn't funny and it wasn't an "oops" moment. I told them I was not ok with the fact that they completely disregarded the fact that I fell. No apologies were given, no compassion shown, no nothing. When I talked to a third lady about needing the store managers name she answered two minutes later in a tone that sounded like a question with "Maria" and a shoulder shrug. When I dealt with a lady at corporate she was just as cold! I went back after work to fill out an incident report and you could clearly see on the ground where I slipped and fell. I took pictures of the area! It wasn't cleaned and was left for someone else to fall from. No on from corporate has contacted me, no one has given an apology, heck no one offered a compensated drink or anything. I am completely flabbergasted at the lack of humanity, empathy, care and compassion from every single person I have had to deal with. I will now be taking my issue to social media! Update December 20th.... I have attempted to get a hold of corporate via email twice and have yet to hear back from anyone. Update December 29th.... You're better off complaining about your food and get a free burger than you are telling the company that you slipped and fell outside. Such a heartless group of people! If you are a suing kind of person or you follow through with an incident report then you probably score big. However, if you are the kind of person who doesn't take advantage of people you get a very sassy half apology from someone at corporate and then unapologetic heartless apology from the big guy at corporate.

You might get upset but do your McDonald's employees always work with their head up their butts. Our quarter pounder no cheese came with extra cheese. Our coke came out a diet coke. What is wrong?
