This company is taking money from my account and I don't have an account with them. They took $129.83 twice without my consent. After the first time I had my bank issue me a new card and they managed to charge my new card. When I called the girl I spoke to had no idea what she was doing. I am very unhappy with this. Now they wont refund me MY money!!!!!

Mcafee itself is malware as far as I am concerned. It installs itself covertly with other software downloads, and then bombards you with ads. I have had this happen at least a few different times. They have no respect for people's time in having to uninstall something they never wanted to begin with. Mcafee, please stop doing this.

Wow where do I start? get hung up on for asking for fraud dept. called again. spoke to someone that passed it to supervisor"Hannah". Get a call back (voicemail) it will actually text out the voicemail. At first she is Hannah. gives me a ticket #. the end of voicemail she becomes Annie. You call the Plano TX headquarters number and you get India. Also "Hannah" claims to call 3 times. She called once. Countless times i get trans. You ask a question and you get some random answer. NEVER again will i buy this product. What's my reason on calling them. trying to see if they would put in things to look for as far as scams go in with their insert you get when you buy their product. If you look, most of the 5 stars are from people saying" great place to work". What a joke.
