This has been the first time we bring the five kids, my sister and I . We had just spent over $300 in bracelets, cards and adult bowling. We are fixing to order over $80 in drinks when they deny one of the adults the drink due to having a VALID current Mexican Elector ID that stated her age (41) and had her date of birth embedded in electoral voter identification number. Since it didn’t state Date of birth YET the pointed out the date of birth would match the printed Age on ID, the manager refused to accept. Clearly we didn’t order any drinks. We lost about 20 minutes of the bowling hour in this ordeal! We haven’t left only because we spent so much and the kids are very excited. Will definitely NOT be coming back! And will probably pursue a discrimination complaint soon.

The worst experience I’ve ever had dining out. Waited over 30 mins to get greeted. Waitress brought our drinks after another 20 mins they were completely water down. At this point we had been there an hour and had seen her once. She only brought out 4 drinks when there was 7 of us. She asked if I was ready to order. I told her I will order when she bring the other drinks out, she rolled eyes, went and got them and came back and said “ok, now what do you want?” At this point we were the only table (with a great view of all the dirty ones that sat there still dirty for the 2 hours we were there.) She brought our food, we had to get up and ask someone for napkins and silverware. Ordered the bbq burger and there was a dot of bbq sauce when we asked for a side she rolled her eyes again. When I asked for the check she brought it immediately and stood by me waiting for me to pay. I closed the book after looking at the tab and she said “aren’t you going to pay?” I told her I didn’t know there was a rush all of sudden. Trying to leave that behind we went to play games. We got there at 745 and did not finish getting 3 apps and 2 burgers until 10 pm. I was very surprised when their hours state they close at midnight but at 11pm all the lights came on and everything was shutting down. If you close at 11 then do not state you’re open until 12. The whole experience was awful and the biggest waste of $600 I’ve ever spent!

Went here with 5 friends, and we were treated horribly by the staff. We played an hour of bowling and ordered food and drinks. The server was horrible took forever to bring bottled beer. Then accidentally brought us extra beers at the end. We didn’t drink the extra ones but she charged us for them. Then she said she would take them off everything was good then her manager came back with a POLICE OFFICER?? Like wth. She just said she needed her manager to take them off and came back with a cop?? We literally couldn’t believe it. They told us by law we had to pay for the beer because it was rang up. We knew that wasn’t true but we paid for it anyway to avoid any problems and felt forced. We will never go to this place again.

Trying to celebrate my birthday with my friends and decided to purchase the unlimited bands for the day (Jan. 18,2020). We purchased them at 2pm and we never told that there would be a private corporate event that would take over the majority of the facility. We should have been informed that that each area of play are in increments of one hour each and that we would be placed on a waiting list again. Two more guest came in 30 minutes while we were bowling and purchased the unlimited play and they didn't get a chance to complete one game as we were cut off. When we asked the staff what was going on, this is when we were told about the hour limit. So we decided to go laser tag and there was an 1.5 hour wait and the pool tables were full as well. By this time the private event was about to start. The staff needs to explain how unlimited play is used and inform customers when private events will cause delay time so that we can decide what we want to spend our money. I feel the we were taken advantage of and the staff were not helpful.

Gave my daughter 8th birthday party at the Baton Rouge location lights was turned off While the kids was still enjoying the party and everyone was asked to leave 30 mins before party was suppose to be over because someone booked the building. I would never step foot in that place again! Only gave a 1 star because I had to in order to leave my feedback but it’s really 0 stars for me
