        My experience at 1909 Milton road yesterdawas horrible. The people were rude and unprofessional, I waited two hours for them to deliver my pizza I never got it. I went to the store to ask about my order they never made the order. I ask for a refund and the lady call me a B and said I aint giving you anything. I ask for a manager she said he aint here he be here tomorrow. I call several times and still did receive a refund or speak to a manager. I am truly upset

        Yum international is phenomenal. Very nice people working here that will help you with whatever you need (and if they don't know the answer, they can find someone who does.) Great leaders who teach and inspire others.

        The customer service here is hard to contact and then very rude. I was phoning to find out about Yum's animal welfare standards. They were entirely unhelpful.
