It appears that they're going out of business. The selections were not great. I really hope this is not true because I really like shopping here.

Was trying to buy a shirt I took from "extra 65% off" rack. The price on tag was $65. On check out, system shown price $58. Cashier wouldn't gave me extra 65% off of the actual price. After trying to figure out what's wrong she finally decided to ask her coworker. That lady adviced to give me 50% off of $65. They made me to go and grab another shirt exactly with same price on tag and on sale with extra 65% off. Again she denied to scan it. Asked for manager. After 15 min waiting on check out the manager finally came and agreed to give 65% off of the price from their system. Just ridiculous! Spent 30 min just trying buy a shirt! I felt like I'm in a court house trying to prove my rights and providing evidences (other shirts' tags). What kind of customer service is it? Cashier Young should get training on customer service.
