I went in to order some soup to go. I went up to the carry out counter and was told that since I did not place my order online or by phone, I would have to stand in line at the register where all the dine in patrons were waiting. I was on my lunch break and only wanted soup. He said he could not take my order there. The line at the register was long and I did not have enough time to wait. I asked him if I could have the number so I could call in my order. I was told he was the only one up there and there was no one available to answer my call and take my order. He obviously did not have time for me and so I left.

The food is fine, but good luck getting these people to pick up the phone for a takeout order after 8:30 when they close at 9. And they flat-out will not answer the phone after 8:45. Even though if they cook the food right away it would be done well before closing. They just want to go home early and they close unofficially well before the closing time on the website

With each visit it seems like the quality with the food and staff is degraded at this location. It just gets worse each time... if you order to go or take out, make sure you check your order! If they make it wrong they just pick off the pieces you didn't want or rinse off the sauce, even if it is two different people putting their fingers in your food. Very disappointing, try a different location.

People where nice but the rice bowl I had was made with overly dried meat and a mix of regular and fried shrimp as if it where just left over bits thrown into my bowl to get rid of some excess and bad excess at that
