Primrose School of West Plano

We have been a Primrose West Plano family since 2018 and have had an incredible experience! We only have positive things to say about our experience with Primrose. We know that our children are safe, well cared for and learning each day. The Administration is wonderful - the sweetest ladies and so kind and creative - always thinking of fun ways to celebrate the kids and the parents too! The Teachers are truly amazing - the kids learn so much and are very prepared for kindergarten. Also very low teacher turnover - most of the Teachers there today were there even before we became a Primrose family! We are so blessed to have found such a wonderful school for our littles cannot say enough how grateful we are for the Primrose school.

I can't say enough good things about Primrose and am so happy we chose this location for our child! The teachers and staff genuinely care about the kids and are dedicated to their enrichment and learning. Our son loves telling us about the new things he's learned at school and feels a strong sense of community among his classmates and teachers. Choosing a daycare can be daunting, but Primrose has helped foster a positive learning environment where our son comes home happy and is thriving. Love the teachers and staff here!

We started with Primrose just watching one of our children because our older child was attending a different daycare. This location offers drop in care though. Our older child attended for a few weeks and we noticed a huge change in him. They were potty training him and he was extremely happy. He was thriving! We ended up having both of our kids attend here because of how kind and attentive the staff is. Weve been to 4 day cares now and I can honestly say the staff here is unrivaled. They take care of your child and you! I have full confidence in them. Like all places, weve had some issues here and there. The difference here though is they actually listen to you and address issues. You can trust this primrose with your children

I had an incredible experience at Primrose West Plano when my child started there at just 5 months old. As a first-time mom, leaving my baby was daunting, but the school provided an amazing environment. I never worried about his well-being while at work, thanks to the love and care he received. The staff went above and beyond, even helping us find another Primrose as we relocate. I can't thank them enough for ensuring my baby continues to be loved and cared for. Highly recommend this school; we'll miss PWP dearly.

My nephew is in Preschool 1 at Primrose West Plano, and I LOVE all of the pictures and videos I see daily of him learning and having fun with his teachers and friends! It makes me feel so connected to him even though I live overseas in Europe. Thank you for everything you do, Primrose!
