        I went into the store by 6.59 pm. Immediately the staff ran to the door and closed the store when m inside, I dint realize the closing time is 7pm ( due to COVID ) as google mentioned 9pm as closing time. I was explaining to the staff about my needs, but she ran inside the store and spoke to someone, came back saying the store is closed as it’s 7.01 pm. She refused the service even though I entered into the store before closing. Worst service .

        Dalia and Gorge are delight to be helped by. Dalia was extremely sweet and helpful with setting up my fiancés plan. I’ve been a T-Mobile user for years and I’m glad my fiancé has been set up with the same positive experience as I’ve had. Gorge has been hilarious, he’s trying to get us to get this speaker that’s on sale - don’t worry Gorge, when we have the money we’ll be back!!
