We had our kitchen, family room, and half bath remodeled. Our home was built by Huntington Homes so, we felt very confident that all our expectations would be met. They had already completed remodeling both our second floor bathrooms. We were so pleased with the remodel, hat we decided to have them continue the update of our 20 year old home. Covid and the great Texas freeze delayed the completion but there was no way it would have been completed as quickly and beautifully if it wasn't for Huntington Homes and our project Leader Mike Thompson. We chose Huntington for our remodel since Highland built our home allowing great availability of plans and materials. The design and construction team was awesome! The remodel doesnt look any different than any other part of the house which was a huge goal of the build!

We are 23-year original owners of our home in Allen, TX, built by Highland Homes in the late 1990s. We always have taken care of our home and did some remodeling with granite tops in our kitchen and bathrooms over the years and added some nice hand scraped hardwood floors 5 years ago. However, since we intend to stay in the area with a growing family, it was our vision the last few years to look at a more comprehensive remodel kitchen update including a "bigger kitchen island" as well as a more open kitchen floor plan. After looking informally at other companies with few solutions, we discovered Huntington Remodeling thru a daughters friend. Besides Huntington being connected with Highland Homes, we ended up choosing Huntington for various reasons. It started with Ian who was the architect and project developer. He hit the mark with a great plan for us that exceeded all expectations and was able to leverage the original house plans from Highland to look at the support beams and ways we could creatively open the kitchen and living room areas. Huntington provided a ONE source and comprehensive group of services from ONE company with a great brand, warranty and more. They also collaborated with us to suggest ways to keep project costs reasonable with reuse of some existing cabinetry and more. We signed on with project in mid July 2021 and met with Ian's design team at their design center to pick our selections and soon we were in our way with an 810-week project timeline. We had a great service-oriented project managed assigned (Michael) who kept us updated with on-going communications and high touch engagement until the recent final project completion. And the beautiful and useable 9 foot by 5-foot new kitchen island is now a signature furniture piece in the home that brings it all together. Needless to say, and especially during these unusual times with delays from most companies, all was delivered on time and with quality. We again wish to give a big shout out to the Huntington team and have already recommended them to others in the future.
