Possibly the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Asked the older blond lady. " Miss what time do you open at"? Her response .. " maybe 30 minutes. .. just go upstairs if you need something. " Completely derogatory and sounded as if she doesn't care. Last time I'll shop here.

Today a group of my friend´s and I decided to go to the mall to kill some time and we decided to wait at the chairs for our friend´s mom while she was in the bathroom. There were 5 of us and there weren´t enough chairs so my friend decides to sit on her boyfriend´s lap ( shes wearing a dress with shorts underneath.) So all of us could sit because I had to sit on a table for a moment because all the chairs were taken up. I got up to move onto another chair and one of my friend´s is very tired so her posture is a bit slouched and one of her legs is on the table. My other friend is sitting on her boyfriend´s lap as decently as possible. One friend wants to get an ice cream so as she walks up to order the employee( blonde old lady ) there ignores her and stomps towards us yelling. She tells us to ¨GET OFF MY TABLES¨ and starts making rude sexist remarks at my friend sitting on her boyfriend´s lap. She then turns to my friend attempts to smack her leg off the table but my friend moves it out the way before she made contact. Right then and there my friend´s mom is walking towards us and she witnesses how abusive this lady is being. She then starts trying to apologize and justifying herself for her behavior. We get up to leave and browse the store. After we´re done shopping we talk to mall security about this woman and they tell us there´s nothing they can do at the moment but that we can file a complaint on Monday when the office is open. ( I will admit that what we were doing was slightly inappropriate but if she just asked nicely we would have totally cooperated as told!) As we´re leaving we watched this woman deny these african american boys service because ¨they look like trouble¨. Total racist and horrible person in general! Mall needs to fire her quick!

Online says it closes at 9pm. Took my daughter at 8:30pm tonight and worker said they were closed. This is the reason Collin Creek is dying. It's Christmas season and stores are closing early when other malls are staying open late.
