i cannot recommend these guys highly enough. at every step of the way after my car's serpentine belt gave up the ghost, they were professional, helpful, and kind. they made sure to explain what had gone wrong simply enough for me to understand without being condescending, and i had my car back in a day. i'll be back when it's time to get her serviced again. i'd give them a thousand stars if i could

My daughter and her family just moved to Plano and I came down to help her move in and she had a new baby on last Friday, when I got here her car needed a oil change and I noticed a sound from the left front tire. Went online and looked for an oil change company and found Fix N Go. Made a reservation for the oil change online, arrived a couple minutes early and they took the car right in, they inspected the front end and found a loose bolt and fixed it in a matter of moments. Plus no charge. They offer great service, great management, extremely clean operation. Big thanks

Brought my SUV in on Monday for a coolant leak. My vehicle didn't have any noises coming from it. They put one on and told me to come pick it up. I turned the engine on and noticed it didn't sound the same as when I dropped it off. I called and told them about it, then brought it back. They changed it again and saw the noise was still there. The third time they said they were putting a GM part on it. I go pick it up, start it up. the noise is still there. I sent them a video referencing the noise. They asked me to call them. I called them on Thursday and they told me that the guy who worked on my car was certified and knowledgeable and he did everything correctly. Was also told that he used a special tool that was needed to prevent the very noise I was hearing. And that It was a timing issue and not the water pump. So I stated that before they did the work, it made no noise? I was told that maybe they caught it before it went bad. And they have done all they can do. $1500 later, I'm stuck with a nosey SUV and have to go spend more money for someone else to figure out what THEY did wrong. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!
