        Very poor customer service, tried to schedule payment arrangement and was told I didn't qualify, so asked for an extension of 4 days, agent told me I was good for 1 week. woke this morning and have no service. Really bad service over all.

        My service with suddenlink started in October of 2017. They still have not buried the cable running from the “box” in the back alley to my house. I’ve called multiple times to get my cable properly sorted out. I get an appointment date, but nobody ever shows up. Finally the trash truck ran over the cable one too many times, and we are without internet. Due to the virus, our kids have online homework. Still awaiting a response from Suddenlink..... figured I’d try a bad review to get service. Over $100 a month. Wild...
