        Beware - the contract you sign with 5 Star Auctioneers, Plainview, does not state that they will take out a percentage for advertising - but they do. Seems all contractual agreements should be listed in the contract. They got very huffy with me when I called them out on on the "advertising fee". They refunded my money after complaining to Jim - one of the owners. They also gave the proceed check to a person that was not authorized to receive the check. Took days to verify that the check was deposited to an account. Not the best experience and would not do business with them again
