        We are so very lucky that Yvette's opened up. Her breakfast burritos are out of this world! I had a bean, potato and bacon. First off, they make these with homemade tortillas. So damn good. Second, the beans are also homemade. Such a great flavor! The bacon was thick. The potatoes just the right amount of creamy. And oh that hot sauce! I have also had their iced sugar cookies and cream cheese Danish. So fresh and pretty! This place is a welcome addition to Plainview Tx!
