Mayben property management is a joke . First of all , they boosted rent during a pandemic . My house flooded back in February due to the snow storm . They pulled half of my carpet which led my bedroom to have one huge spot of concrete which was disgusting and looked horrible . Not to mention me and my kids had to pull the remaining wet carpet up because the guy they had pull it didn’t pull all of the wet carpet up . I also turned in numerous orders for someone to come and handle the mold that was infesting my house on top of stand still water that would run into the back of the yard from the kitchen. They never fixed it anything. I got rental assistance after having Covid this year , which paid the months that I ended up being behind and paid the rest of my lease out . Once I moved out I reached out to Pam (the person over all of the rental properties) and was told that I wasn’t going to get any of my deposit back because I broke my lease . I feel very messed over by their leasing department .
