        James Carter took our 1800.00 and did not do the work. He was suppose to plumb a bathroom, started the job, took our money and NEVER came back. He had blocked our numbers from calling him. Please do not use this guy. His so called companies are James Carter Plumbing or Budget plumbing. He will tell you he has offices all over northeast Texas which is not true and I'm sure now that he doesn't even have a license. He cashed our check at a grocery store, doesn't want anyone to be able to track him down to try to get their money back, he is a crook. The plumber we called to finish the job would not use any of the little work he did do, said there would be leaks everywhere as soon as the water was turned back on. I wish there was a zero star to give him.
