All I can say is WOW! Paul came out to my home to fix an adjustable bed for me. (when is the last time the owner of a store was actually willing to take time to come out and help someone with a bed that wasn't bought from them in the first place?)
I'm a little embarrassed that I didn't realize that there was a "reset" button on the bed when we lifted it up to prepare it for Paul to come and examine it. He was already in route from his business when we discovered this so I had to greet him at the door with a bit of a red face.
Paul was very graceful about it, and still helped me reassemble the remote I had torn apart trying to fix it. In the hour or so we spent together I could tell that he was a man of character and integrity. He shared a couple of amazing stories about his past and I just felt completely comfortable with him. He is a straight shooter and an honest Christian man, and if/when I go to buy another adjustable bed, I will certainly go to Paul's first. Excellent customer service is a rarity these days, and that's why I am taking the time to write this review. I'd give Paul's 10 stars if I could. Thanks again Paul!
