The water heater in the attic leaked. Derek and the whole crew did a fantastic job of taking care of the situation. Always communicating on what was next and when it would happen. Completed the job promptly so that we could move forward to the next steps of getting everything built back.

Restoration 1 did a great job of removing mold from our house. They were professional, didn't waste time, and we loved that when you had a question they answered it right than or got back to you very shortly. When additional work needed done they talk with you about it before it was addressed and help find different ways to address it. Service: Mould removal

Restoration 1 of Pearland-Nassau Bay did a wonderful job in Post-Remediation of our house after it had been hit by water damage in the Feb 2021 Texas winter storm freeze. Andrew was an exceptional contact who ensured his crew did all the things right in cleaning up the house, and making sure our house passed post-remediation inspection. His crew worked very hard, and paid very close attention to all details: first of all making sure all aspects of the job were done right, but then also protecting carefully all house items/cabinets, etc. that were not damaged. Andrew himself was one of the best communicators I have seen amongst contractors: very prompt responding to many text messages/phone calls. Moreover, Andrew showed great knowledge/expertise/resilience to guide us through the whole process. You can not wish for better people leading you through the difficult/traumatic experiences of having to deal with water damage in your house. I can highly recommend him and his staff. You will NOT be disappointed.

Andrew and his team made a very disappointing experience a whole lot more bearable. Five weeks after purchasing a beach house in Galveston, we discovered a great deal of mold coming from an AC vent in a bathroom. Andrew responded to my phone call on a Sunday morning and agreed to meet me at the house the following morning. He thoroughly explained the process of mold remediation and how important this is for health reasons (which I was already well aware of as a physician). They began work within a day. In addition, we were not certain the source of the mold so his team worked it all the way back to a tear in an AC duct which was improperly installed before we took over. He documented their findings. The area of involvement was actually greater than expected and involved two floors needing containment. Through the whole process, Andrew kept me informed on the progress. He arranged a consultant for AQ testing to make sure that the issues were resolved. His team was completely trustworthy and honest. He communicated with our contractor on a regular basis. Some work required removal of cabinets which they did so painstakingly that much of the material could be reused to reassemble. Andrew is a great guy. I have already recommended his service to a friend as well. It is never fun to go through this but Andrew made this as painless as it could be. I cannot say enough nice things about Andrew and his team.
