They do not treat a stye. Me and my husband showed the NP pictures and he let her know how he felt and what symptoms he was having. We informed her that we put visine in it. Before we finished checking in, she repeated he has to go to urgent care. We went to urgent care, told the doctor the same thing...low and behold he had a stye. My husband was sent home with a script for gent eye drops and warm compresses to eye order. He also informed us that the swelling was due to the visine irritating it. I later looked up the symptoms for a stye, and he had all but 1. It didn't look like the pictures but had she only took a second to actively listen. I'm very disappointed in what the advanced nursing community is becoming.

I made an appointment, so my daughter can get the flu shot and I'm really impressed by the service. The Nurse Practitioner was so awesome. She's very sweet and treated us with kindness and respect! We checked in on time and we only waited for a couple of minutes. Check-in kiosk was easy to use. Definitely will go there for our healthcare needs!
