After not being able to schedule with any other plumbing companies. I was finally able to talk to someone in their office. I hired alternative plumbing solutions for what appeared to be 2 leaks from the freeze... They found several more leaks after initial repairs and gave me an estimate for a repipe. It was fair and reasonable, so scheduled me for the next day. They worked well into the evening and I finally had hot water. Highly recommended by a friend!

I hired alternative plumbing to repair a busted pipe after the freeze. They came out to repair the pipe but didnt leak check it because they said the glue needed 5hrs to cure before you can check it. They said if I had any issues I could call them and they would come fix it. I lined the newly replaced pipe back up only to discover they cross threaded the new connection, didnt use pipe supports and that it still leaks! I contacted them several times to try to get them to make the repairs and they said they would show up but never did. DO NOT PAY UNTIL THEY LEAK CHECK YOUR NEW PIPE. Make sure you pay with a credit card too so you at least have a chance to get your money back. Do not use this company to repair your frozen pipe. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
