Dr. Hoang and Dr. Choi always take good care of me. They have great bedside manners. Everyone is very nice in the office. I will continue to continue to come here.

I honestly NEVER take the time out to write a review even when I am dissatisfied with a service, so the fact that I even wasted 15 minutes of my time writing this baffles me. Yet here I am. My husband is a new patient here, so I have no reviews of the doctor that helped him. My review is specifically for the receptionists that works there. Highlights in waves and straight hair girl in the front by the window were so rude. However, there was one other lady and she was sweet and patient! You would think that a doctor's office in one of the most diverse areas in Houston would know a thing or two about showing empathy to those who don't speak English. There was a mix-up in the appointment time where I remembered I scheduled for a 10:00 appointment, only to find out that it was 8:45. Honestly, I accepted that I was in the wrong because my husband probably heard wrong when he was scheduling. (And the confirmation text had the appointment date but not the appointment time?) So I didn't mind the snappy tone of her voice in the call whatsoever, because it was an honest mistake.What REALLY bothers me is when we had to make a new appointment and she literally continued to mock us, repeating to me and my husband-- "aRe YoU SuRe yOU UnDerSTAND? YOU SEEM VERY CONFUSED THE FIRST TIME." (I quote this verbatim and she repeated this at least 3x") and added "ARE YOU SURE? JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE". I'm not about that so I just politely said, "yes we understand". But it is disgraceful how she speaks to non-native speakers when her job is a receptionist. Your parents or grandparents have probably experienced something similar and struggle to schedule appointments and call customer service without a representative being rude and snappy. SO PLEASE STOP PASSING THE BATON and REMEMBER YOUR ROOTS and try to be kind. You of all people should understand the struggles that minorities go through, so please be patient even if there is some frustration.They are probably reading this and smirking and laughing behind their desks right now and I honestly don't care, because I pretty sure this message won't even reach them. And if it does, then bless their hearts. I can only hope this doesn't happen to the other experiences of other patients coming here.On a good note though, they were really great about patients going in and out. Operations, nurses, or doctors in there.. great job! No wait time at all.

Dr. Hoang was understanding and kind. I was able to voice my concerns and he listened to me. The staff there were kind and quick too. My appointment was short but informative and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The building and the office is clean. Dr. Hoang was very knowledgeable and professional. I recommend to everyone.
