Chanelle Clark, MD, FACOG

Dr. Clark was very warm and welcoming. She answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. I did not wait in the waiting room more than 5 minutes. I did not wait for her to come to my room more than 10 minutes. My appointment was smooth and I did not feel rushed. Dr. Clark is very knowledgeable and all of the staff in the entire clinic were very helpful and kind.

Dr. Chanelle Clark provides a quality Healthcare experience. She listens to your concerns and explains in great detail. She is beyond thorough and makes being her patient feel like you're part of a partnership designed to keep you your healthiest. As a woman of color, I felt like she did not simply brush off concerns that I'd expressed to gynecologists in the past. She took my issues seriously and developed a course of treatment that proved to be well overdo. She's one of the doctors that makes Kelsey Seybold look good!

I have been a patient of Dr. Clarks for the last 8 years and I would not recommend her as a physician/OBGYN. As my OBGYN Dr. Clark has come off as insensitive, unconcerned and judgmental. Simple things that other doctors do, you wont get from Dr. Clark. For instance, most gynecologists if you suspect you have a yeast infection will check under the microscope to let you know if its yeast even if a lab is ordered so you can begin treatment as soon as possible. Not doctor Clark, she will let you leave your appointment in discomfort to wait for days until the labs come in. When Ive received concerning lab results Dr. Clark would never be the one to call me with the bad news or call to answer any questions about my diagnosis. Each time Ive received concerning test results Ive received a call from a random nurse with little to no explanation of my diagnosis, or the results will just come through MyChart. If there is any follow up required based on my results Dr. Clark has never been the one to reach out to me. And at the next well womans visit she would seem completely unaware of my previous test results. Also, for your visits with Dr. Clark be prepared to wait up to 1.5 hours to be seen. In my most recent visit with Dr. Clark I waited half an hour to be seen. When I was finally able to meet with her she gave me a lot of information which was completely irrelevant to me, even though the visit was for me to get some very specific questions answered about my medical condition. As I was asking my final question she interrupted me to tell me our time was up. Mind you this was only 24 minutes into a 30 minute visit, which she was 30 minutes late to. She didnt end up answering my question fully, but I was too upset to even ask any of my follow up questions. I get the impression from Dr. Clark that she considers her time to be vastly more important than that of her patients. As a patient, I felt that my care and concerns were not the priority.
