I was helped today by Joshua Roussell. Not only was he knowledgeable and patient, he was kind and a great listener! He helped me navigate through comfort levels, health needs, and aesthetics while keeping my budget in mind. Joshua helped set real expectations while factoring in my own sleep goals. I ended up purchasing a Sleepy's medium/plush with adjustable base...and truly feel this was a great choice for me. Joshua's experience in the field and willingness to cover all the options with me helped me feel secure in making my final decision. This guy is awesome & needs a raise!

We came in one hour before closing and Robert the manager took great care of us! He's very informative and personable. The process was quick and painless. Thank you!

Very helpful, showed us around very well. Explained the mattresses and types thoroughly. Recommend Josh to anyone. Even gave us free pretzels!

I hate to put a bad review on companies where I've been treated so good (by most of their employees) today Oct, 25th at 2:20, I had to walked out because of how unfortortable felt by this employee named Robert where seemed to not understand what I was telling him due to my accent. Plus when I walked in the store looking for answers, this person didn't even offer me a chair, he prefered seing me standing in front of him, I literally had to offer myself a chair. What aggravated me the most was his rude answers when answering questions. I obviously walked in the wrong moment with the wrong person, people like this shouldn't be loud to work in costume service! With that been said, I liked the experience prices of the company, I truly appreciate a good customer service wherever I won't be coming back to this location again.
