I have a house in the city that I haven’t been living in for a while. I offered it to my sister, who would be coming to live here from overseas. I visited there a few days ago and found the garage door wasn’t working properly. I asked this company to fix it. Imagine my delight when they agreed to come as soon as possible. The specialist who was sent to our place was a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional guy. He diagnosed the problem and sorted it out fast. Their fee was also affordable, which means I didn’t have to spend a lot to get the unit repaired. I was so happy with the service I got.

Metro Garage Door Repair Pearland has been quite helpful. It offered a no-nonsense repair service when we called in to resolve some trouble with the motor that stopped working altogether. After causing a snafu with our garage door that left it bent on the bottom panel, we called Metro for an estimate and possible repair. Technician Allen (sp?) came by the following day, did an inspection of the damage, and provided several options for repair. He did a good job bending the panel back into near new shape and also greased the components. It's difficult to tell there was ever any damage and the door is as quiet as it was when it was new. Thank you!

I’m impressed that when their technician tended to my problem, my garage door worked smoothly again. They solved this problem of mine where the garage door won’t respond to the remotes despite the opener running in perfect condition. They’d get my call whenever my garage door needs some maintenance.
